I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, waterfront, condominions, patio homes, beach homes, townhomes, luxury homes, second homes, 1031 exchange and investment properties within Escambia County and Santa Rosa County.  Serving the cities of Pensacola beach Florida, Gulf Breeze Florida, Perdido Key Florida, Cantonment Florida, Pace Florida, Milton Florida, Pensacola Florida.  I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Personal
I am fluent in Spanish and have a background in Accounting and Marketing. I am a full time real estate agent licensed in the state of Florida and Alabama under Coldwell Banker JME Realty, the number one real estate company in Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama. I am a member of the local, state and national Association of Realtors and the Women'sCouncil of Realtors, The Pensacola Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. I have been a resident of Pensacola since 1984. I moved here with my husband; we have two children: both at present attending college. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, personal fitness, cooking and traveling. I attend Nativity of Our Lord Catholic church and I am a member of the Ladies Society.
